Windows search, but it works

Lost the name but remember what was inside? Findra searches filenames in milliseconds and can also find documents by their text, photos by what's visible, and recordings by what's said. Content search is optional: enable and download only the models you want. It runs locally on Windows 10/11, with no account, cloud upload or telemetry. Free and open source under Apache 2.0. Version 0.4.3 is available from the project site; the 0.4.3 Microsoft Store submission is in certification review.
